  • How to Register a New Domain using GoDaddy.com

In my previous post I had explained the various utilities of wordpress.com. Well, that is only 25% of the story.

Getting a wordpress.com account will allow you to start blogging . It will also give you a basic idea about the various features that can be incorporated in to a particular blog.

Usually when you blog using the wordpress.com platform, you will get a domain something like this archies.wordpress.com, if you were to create the account as archies.  But wordpress is beyond that and it is even more fun to play with when you link wordpress platform to your domain.

Talking about domain, lets say you want to run a blog site called http://karchana.com (thats a dummy name, though) - the first thing that you require is  a domain name which can be registerred with registrars like www.register.com or www.godaddy.com or any other site that allows you to register.

Now, I like GoDaddy for the simple reason that it is easy, fast, cheap and in many ways offers you some of the best deals in the domain market.

So, the question is how do I register a new domain with GoDaddy. No worries, I have the answer for you in the following video. Watch and learn

I am sure you would have learnt to register with GoDaddy, by now.
